
Powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor and Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread, the Within will no doubt be aiming for the top spot in Sprint’s non-3D portfolio
Purported images of the long awaited Samsung Galaxy Within have been leaked to technology site This is My Next. According to a set of leaked shots, the Samsung Galaxy Within will sport an 8-megapixel camera and look quite similar to the international version of the Galaxy S2.
Powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor, the Within is said to run Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread (with Google Talk video chat) and feature TouchWiz 4.0. This is My Next was told from a source that the device is “very fast” and will also feature Samsung’s famous Super AMOLED Plus display technology. No word yet on whether or not the handset. will have a Tegra 2 processor or an Exynos Orion dual-core processor though.
Of course, there hasn’t been any official announcement from Sprint yet, but we would expect to learn more very soon as the device is expected to launch possibly within a matter of days or weeks. No real time frame is set unfortunately, but this device is definitely coming soon.
