Set to launch “in the coming weeks”, the Thrill 4G will be the second smartphone with a 3D display to land in the United States
Looking for a dual-core, 3D smartphone with some serious speed? If so, AT&T is hoping that the new LG Thrill 4G will fill the bill when it hits shelves later this summer for $99.99 on a new two-year contract.
Powered by Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread, the Thrill 4G sports a 4.0-inch touch display and a dual-core 1GHz processor. The device features a very high level 8-megapixel shooter, 8GB of internal storage, and a forward-facing camera for video chat.
AT&T has also included several pre-loaded 3D games including Asphalt 6, Let’s Golf 2, and Nova. Nice to see they are loading some useful games in there and not just some garbage. Bravo AT&T!
Pre-order for the LG Thrill 4G should start soon, so if your interested in this device, you should get ready. The 3D display alone will make it quite desirable.
Unfortunately, there is no word yet on an exact launch date, so all we can really do right now is wait and see. We will no doubt be checking to find out and will let everyone know as soon as we can.
