Just wanted to know how do I download game saves onto ds games. I have legit games and don’t use the r4 cards so could I still do that. Also is it possible to do it for game boy advanced games?

unfortunately you can’t because you can’t access the game card alone. but i do recommend you to buy r4 or its clones. its just really fun to mess up a game when you already finished it.
And about the gba games you also cant unless you play it on a emulator.
