Apple has just released the IOS 5 to refine the previous feature. Several new features have been added including the Notice, wireless synchronization, iMessage, iCloud, Twitter, Reminders, in addition to more than 200 feature updates and enhancements.
To update the IOS 5 feature can be done through iTunes, plug in your device and launch iTunes and you Will get an update notification. Be sure to backup your existing installation before proceeding IOS.

Apple TV 2 has also been updated, but is technically on iOS 4.4 with a custom build of 9A334v.
iOS 5 is compatible with iPad, iPad 2, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 CDMA & GSM, and iPod touch 3rd and 4th generations. iOS 5 also marks the first time that the CDMA and GSM builds of iOS are the same version. All new Apple hardware including iPhone 4S will ship with iOS 5 pre-installed.
