Nokia, the world’s largest mobile phone maker by volume, will introduce the latest model smart phones on the media and industry meeting next week.
Nokia tried to convince investors the company on track towards recovery. Nokia, the profits and share price down in recent years, now bet with updates on-line smart phone. Hopefully, this breakthrough could save a career CEO Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo.
Phone manufacturers will introduce their new flag E7 model – with a large touch screen and full keyboard – on exhibition in London, said two sources who know the immediate plan of Nokia, told Reuters.
Nokia will also launch a new model of N8 to the public, the first phone that uses the latest Symbian software 3, along with other new smart phone, the sources said.
Nokia N8 – introduced April and go on sale later this month – beating its competitors with 12 mega pixel camera, but it has a slower processor than the top model of Samsung, Galaxy, S, and the latest iPhone.
“When N8 introduced to the market, another device will be launched, Nokia hopes to lay the foundation stone for the recovery from the attack hit the market very competitive products,” said Ben Wood, research director at CCS Insight.
“This is a big commitment to Symbian and Nokia to improve its competitive products using the latest Symbian operating system. Failure is not an option,” said Wood.
Nokia Symbian operating system has not been able to attract a large number of interested software developers to create compatible applications, which is a key point for high-end mobile phone sales.

Nokia controls 40 percent of the smart phone market with Symbian software, but has lost its leading position among the most expensive phone model to the ease of use of Apple and Research in Motion.
Nokia failed to roll out high-end mobile phone, a fat-margin, has hit corporate profits and stock prices in recent years. Nokia shares have fallen about a third from mid-2007 when the iPhone went on sale.
Last year, Apple exceeded the handset maker Nokia as the biggest advantages of producing total, although only sell one iPhone for every 13 phones Nokia sold.
Nokia is trying to move and promised to use Nokia Symbian smart phone will not be a problem until the end of this year.
He will deliver a keynote speech at the London show event on Sept. 14 at 9 am (4:00 EDT).
“Everyone will be very curious about Symbian 3rd interface,” said analysts from IDC Francisco Jeronimo.
“We might see a good design with a focus on the touch screen plus a very competitive price, but the main question is: Have they actually improve the user interface?”

Samsung epic 4G newest smartphone from samsung
Samsung introduced the Samsung 4G Epic. which became the mainstay is the 4G network features and keypad slide-out qwerty shaped. With the addition of some bulk to the phone, and 4G support the increase in price, but both are welcome additions.
Price and Availability
Epic Samsung 4G will be available from Sprint for $ 249.99 starting August 31. That price, which factors in a $ 100 mail-in rebate, more than what you would pay for smartphone competition. Vibrant T-Mobile offers the Samsung for $ 199.99, the same price that AT & T costs to attract Samsung and Apple iPhone 16GB 4. This is also what Verizon is charging for Motorola Droid X.
Epic 4G price is also $ 50 more than what the current cost to other phones Sprint 4G-capable, which HTC EVO 4G. High-Speed Wireless 4G

Design
Unlike the sleek and sexy sister, the Vibrant Samsung, Epic 4G is a bit on the large side. The size is 4.9 inches high by 2.5 inches wide 0.6 inches and weighs 5.5 ounces, I was placed next to the Apple iPhone 4, and Epic makes viewing the iPhone 4G small positive.
But the tradeoff for the size of 4G Epic is a good hardware keyboard QWERT, which slides out from the left side of the screen. At first glance, I think the key will be too flat for comfortable typing, but I was quickly proven wrong. Although the buttons are flat, they simply press to make typing easier. I also appreciate the spacious layout of a single button.
Like all phones Samsung S Galaxy, Super Epic 4G AMOLED touch-screen feature, which is just beautiful. Colors pop off the screen, and, with 800 by 480 resolution, ranging from images to text looks sharp and clear. The touch screen is nicely responsive, too.
4-inch screen diagonal size, was greater than 3.5-inch screen found on the Apple iPhone, but smaller than the giant 4.3-inch screen found on the HTC EVO X Droid and 4G. The screen was so relieved when using the phone, and especially wide when composing a message on the keyboard hardware.
Making Calls
Call quality is very good in my test calls, made via the Sprint network. The voice came through loud and clear on both ends of the line, though I sometimes see a little echo.
Software
Epic Samsung 4G ship with Android 2.1, which is no longer the latest version of OS Android. Android since been updated to version 2.2, which is already available on Google Nexus One and will ship in two Droid.
Android has come far from the initial version, and although not the latest version of version 2.1, this fixes that offer less than the previous version. Pass many OS choices that have been easier, and 4G Epic done well when I was racing on the phone, checking his many options. Please note, that Android is still a bit geeky enough overwhelm some beginners. For more details about Android, read my full review of the mobile OS.
In the Android OS, 4G Epic Samsung TouchWiz interface features, both have been updated. When I tested the Samsung Behold II, I found that did not mesh well with TouchWiz OS Android, so many features already offered by Android that just feels excessive. But the new version of a mixture of good Android TouchWiz to the environment, offers a new, more useful widgets. I love the “Feed and Updates” widget, which offers easy access to various social networks.
Web browsing
The Epic 4G, as already mentioned, it supports Sprint’s 4G network super fast, but if you do not live in areas with 4G coverage, the phone will connect to high speed 3G network carriers. It also supports Wi-Fi wireless networking, so you have lots of options for quick browsing. In my tests of the 4G Epic in and around the Boston area, Sprint’s 3G network delivered more quickly and download pages.
I also like the browser in the Samsung 4G Epic. In the past, the Android browser that prompted you to dig through menus to access simple functions (such as the address bar or the back button). That does not seem to be a player in the latest batch of Android phones. Like X-Droid and Vibrant Samsung 4G Epic features of the browser just makes sense. Address bar is just where you expect to find it, and you can use the back button at the bottom of the screen handy for moving back through Web pages. 4-inch screen felt very relieved when I was browsing the Web, too, and I liked that you can pinch and spread the screen to zoom in and out as needed.
What you will not find on 4G Epic – yet – is support for Adobe Flash technology. You will get this support, which will allow you to view multimedia Web pages as you would on a desktop computer, when the phone is updated to the next version of Android. version 2.2.
Epic 4G can also be used as a mobile hotspot, which you can connect up to five Wi-Fi enabled device. To use a mobile hotspot service, you must pay an additional $ 29.99 per month, though.
Camera
Epic 4G features 5-megapixel camera with LED flash (which lost a brother like Vibrant Samsung). It also offers 4X digital zoom, autofocus, and record HD video. You also get a front facing camera for video conferencing.
The camera is an obvious step would be from that found on Samsung Vibrant. Picture looks shelves and bright, and overall image quality is improved.
Multimedia
Epic Games 4G features including YouTube application and various Sprint services, including Sprint TV, which offers a combination of live channel (displaying the same content you’ll see on your TV) and content that has been specially packaged to look at your mobile phone. I watch a baseball game on ESPN and see the occasional stuttering and buffering. But I was impressed with the level of detail I could see on the screen four inches.
What is 4G Epic – like all Android phone – gone is kind of linked eco-system that offers the Apple iPhone and iTunes. iTunes allows you to easily buy or rent a movie to see on your phone, offer a simple way to download music, and allows you to easily transfer content between your iPhone and your computer. Currently, the Android phone to offer access to Amazon MP3 store to purchase music downloads, but experience does not extend more than that. That should change later this year when Samsung launched a Media Hub, which will allow users to purchase music and video. The Media Hub will be a certain advantage for Samsung cell phone, provided that they offer enough content.
Bottom Line
With an attractive design, the screen star, and impressive multimedia offerings, the Samsung 4G Epic is a top-notch smartphone. This package of features sufficient to offset the price, and to gain a place on the list of best Android phone today and I now list the best smartphone.
BlackBerry 6 Review new os system
New BlackBerry operating system with the latest version, named BlackBerry 6. The goal of the redesign was to give strength, but still uses a user-friendly platform that offers the necessary bells and whistles to compete with the best current OS mobile, such as Apple’s IOS and Google Android. And, for the most part, the BlackBerry six successful.
New Look, Better Organization
One of the most notable changes to the BlackBerry 6 OS is the new home screen, which has been redesigned. It retains the familiar BlackBerry icons, but presents them in a new layout. At the top of the home screen, you’ll see a notification bar that alerts you to new messages, calls, and events. You simply tap on the bar to expand this view, where you can see more details, including the sender and subject line of new e-mails.
The middle of the home screen features a minimalist design that is a welcome change from past versions of the BlackBerry OS, which were too often cluttered with confusing folders and too many icons. At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see the new navigational bar, which takes advantage of touch screens, such as the one on the BlackBerry Torch. You can swipe to the left or right to access apps or other content, organized into categories like Frequent, Downloads, Media, and Favorites.
Tapping on the category heading expands the view, so you can see more options. This is a welcome change from past BlackBerry OSes, which were unorganized and harder to navigate than it should be. This organization stemmed, in large part, from having too many folders. For example, past BlackBerry OSes would give one folder called “Applications” and another called “Downloads.” Since many of your downloads are actually applications, it was not always clear which folder they should be in. The new layout of BlackBerry 6 eliminates this confusion.
While the home screen’s new layout makes navigating a BlackBerry phone easier, it doesn’t leave much room for customization. You can install themes to change the look of your phone, but you can’t rearrange icons or add widgets, the way you can on an Android-based phone.
Better Web Browsing

RIM
BlackBerry 6 comes with an all-new WebKit-based browser, which is designed to offer faster and “more robust” performance than past BlackBerry browsers — and it definitely succeeds. I tested the new browser on the BlackBerry Torch, side-by-side with an older version of BlackBerry’s browser on a Curve 8530 smartphone. The new browser was noticeably faster, delivering pages that rendered much more quickly and displayed more accurately.
I also was impressed with the browser’s new auto-wrap text zoom feature that can “intelligently wrap text in a column while maintaining the placement of a page’s key elements,” according to RIM. When I zoomed in on a Web page (which you can do by pinching and spreading the screen), the text automatically wraps the text to fit the screen.
New Features
One of the most hyped features in BlackBerry 6 is the new universal search that can locate results both on and off your phone; begin typing, and the universal search feature automatically looks on the phone, in RIM’s BlackBerry App World, on Google, and in installed apps. It works fast and it works well.
Other new features in the OS include a Unified Social Feed, which lets you access sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace from one app; updated messaging capabilities, which includes the ability to send group messages; and a new podcast app. In addition, you get a universal inbox that catalogs not just e-mail, but also information from services like Facebook, Twitter, and BlackBerry Messenger. I also like the new look of the BlackBerry Music player, which has a new emphasis on album art, making it much more attractive.
Available Apps
As of this writing, BlackBerry 6 is available on only one device: the BlackBerry Torch. Thankfully, that phone ships with BlackBerry’s App World pre-installed on it; this is a welcome step, as you had to download the app store to your phone in the past.
BlackBerry App World has been updated since I last reviewed it, and it’s a much better — and bigger — store. Developers can now charge 99 cents or $1.99 for their apps; in the past, apps were free or were priced at $2.99 an up. The updated App World also adds carrier billing through AT&T, as well as new options for developers to monetize their apps, including in-app purchases, app subscriptions, and ads within apps.
But what’s perhaps the most important aspect of an app store is its selection, and App World’s has improved. The store that launched with around 700 apps now offers more than 5,000. While that number pales in comparison to the hundreds of thousands of apps available in Apple’s iPhone App Store, it still represents a decent selection. Sure, App World could stand to grow, but it’s current selection of apps is admirable.
Bottom Line
BlackBerry 6 is easily the best BlackBerry OS to date. But what’s perhaps more important is its ability to compete with flashier mobile OSes, like Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android.
